Well, armed with new knowledge about my sleep, I had a horrible night's sleep last night. First of all, when you know that you stop breathing 22 times an hour, (which is somewhere between 122 and 176 times a night, depending on how many hours you sleep) sleep doesn't seem quite as appealing as it might have before.
So I got to bed around 1 am when I was finally just exhausted. I don't even know how many times I woke up, but it was a lot. I hope the company with the machine calls soon, trying to sleep with sleep apnea and the knowledge of it, is the pits!
